What the pricks are trying to do here is a “coup” by making it a crime for elected officials (POTUS) setting up foreign policy before they are sworn.
Is this Dershowitz wanting to undercut Flynn’s upcoming testimony on other crimes? The crimes regarding which Flynn will possibly cooperate with the special counsel.

IOW, be careful what you say impugning his character, because he may have testimony regarding the real criminals.
I think it is best not to fix on the obviously legitimate actions of the president elect. Mueller may be looking for testimony from Flynn that could lead to an obstruction of justice charge against Mr. Trump.

If Flynn lied about conversations and meetings that were perfectly legal then he’s not only a liar ... he’s dumb as a bag of rocks.

As a patriot, as a man of human decency, it was absolutely necessary for Trump to communicate a true American message to all nations.
We saw the Obama administration taking steps in the latter half of 2016 and the early weeks of January 2017 that it could easily have taken at any other time in the preceding 7-8 years, but didn’t. This was clearly nothing more than political grandstanding at best, or blatant attempts to undermine the incoming administration at worst. Any incoming administration would be justifiably concerned about this, and take any reasonable steps to mitigate any harm that might be done to America’s interests.
For Trump’s enemies to achieve their goal, they don’t need impeachment, only a charge of obstruction of justice, no matter how flimsy.
Well, in today’s world where the insane rule the sane, and Up is Down and Boys are Girls, and Vice is Virtue, anything is “impeachable”.
We live in the Twilight Zone. Our Justice System is controlled by really evil judges and evil lawyers who put in the most vile “System” where we now live..... So what can go wrong?
