"... the parties agreed to dismiss the case with prejudice, meaning Ventura cannot sue again on the same claim."
Ventura will have to find another military widow to go after. What a loser.

. Between UDT, football, wrassling and the MN State Legislature, Ventura must have absorbed enough head blows to give him a concussion or two.More likely the result of long term steroid use and amphetamines.

Thanks texas booster. If the paranoid nitwit Ventura ever decided to end his own life, he'd hold a press conference to announce it. And after he killed himself, his remaining paranoid nitwit followers would claim it wasn't really suicide, and the huckster Alex Jones would interview them one by one for as many years as they all have left.

No indication what the terms of the settlement were. Probably a confidentiality agreement.

... Sheen,...
Yeah, I remember hearing Sheen on Art Bell some time after the 9/11 attack.
I'll be kind and just say that thinking is not his forté.
To: circlecity
Most certainly a confidentiality agreement, no matter which side “won”.
For Ventura, to keep the publicity hound that he is quiet.
Mrs. Kyle because she is probably sick of Ventura, and doesn't want to allow any avenues for reporters to ask her questions.

He also supports the NFL support for killing the police.

Exactly. It was an unnecessary, petulant suit benefiting no one but lawyers. If I could go back to the nation’s founding, I’d try to convince them to adopt “loser pays” for litigation.
