The problem with the Senate is Collins, Flake, McCain, Corker and Murkowski hold virtual veto power so every plan has their crap baked in. Get 5 more true Conservatives in 2018 and you could tell them all to pound sand... replacing Corker and Flake with Kelli and Blackburn are huge wins all else remaining the same. McCain may also be replaced before the end of the Trump term. That would be a big win for the agenda
Passing something/anything just to pass it is not good policy.

They are buying off Collins with a healthcare screw job. Corker is from Tennessee and really should have a much more conservative bent. Problem is he knows he can screw Trump on his way out so he’s doing just that. Corker should be on board with out tax hike triggers and he would be if he weren’t pure scum. Then they could tell Collins and her insurance bailout to pound sand

Get your head out of the sand. Passing this makes this the new baseline. Any changes doesn’t have to consider Obamacare mandates, SALT sand many other things. You’ll never get a pure conservative bill as long as Collins et Al have a veto. Get the things you can get now and go back later with a new baseline

Wicker and Heller need to be taken out in 2018.
