Old DNC trick from what I hear. Local talk show host in Western MA in the late 80's ( Bill Brady WSPR ) said Dem's did get out the vote drives at the Mental Hospitals in the area all the time. Love to know if they have been doing this country wide, along with the dead, felon's, out of stater's, college kids voting double, busing people from district to district, and every other scheme and sham they have perpetrated on us for how long?

Well, in this case the city annexed the land the state mental hospital is on and created a new voting precinct that is comprised entirely of mental patients.

So its a bit unique in that regard.
