So, some unverifiable source, on an anonymous Twitter account, claimed that somebody from the Washington Post offered thousands of dollars to one of Trump’s accusers.
Exactly the kind of thing I would believe instantly!

I find this confusing. Is the headline saying that the person smearing an accuser of Roy Moore is a troll? More simply, does this story help or hurt Moore?
Please clarify.
Apparently Doug Lewis claimed the WP had reporters offering $1,000 to women for dirt on Moore. The WP took exception, investigated Lewis, claimed he was a fraud, and he deleted his account.
Even so, this doesn’t change the color of the ink on the yearbook.
The $1000 claim is ridiculous to begin with.
If I had the kind of dirt they were looking for, I’d want lots more than a mere $1000 for it. After all, they spent $30 million to beat Moore in the primary, $1000 is pocket change.
The so-called troll “smearing” the accuser is probably working for the WP as a double agent.
If you were more specific you might be more believable. I’ve no doubt people are privately spreading lies about moore and his accusers but honestly you ask me ... ? Conservative disinformation rarely makes it into MSM. Only when they can disprove or belittle it does it make it into MSM.
Gloria Allred is a big red flag indicator that this is a hit job full of distortions and slight alterations in reality. She gets paid by others to drag the victim forward. The victims don’t pay her a dime. The accusers do get paid often enough that assuming they is perfectly reasonable.
Here is a little tidbit for you:
“There are a total thirty one states have set their age of consent at 16, the lowest age of consent in any state. In Alabama, a person 19 years old or older who subjects another person to sexual contact who is less than 16 years old, but more than 12 years old is charged with sexual abuse.”
When people dig deep enough they’ll find that the 14 year old was actually of the age of consent and that yes, Moore probably did hit on girls as young as 16. Neither illegal or immoral in the deep south.
Never Trumpers and drive by media radio talk hosts are having a field day ignoring the fact that all of the accusers were of the age of legal consent. Including the one claiming when 14 years old. For her accusations are the juiciest. Which they gleefully relate and dwell on in a touchy feel-ly manner as if it came off of a police report yesterday. Not as a unsubstantiated recollection from 40 years ago. Because they know these are damaging accusations which will be almost impossible to disprove.
Despite that fact that it has been uncovered that two of his accusers are working for the Perversion Party and that their accusations are false and politically motivated. The drivebys and the nevers media are not reporting this but are mentioning one accuser is a “Republican” .

I read that guy’s account. It’s either he thought lying would help conservatives or was lying to mislead them. Either way - terrible thing to do.
