Jeff Sessions on Tuesday said there was “not enough evidence” to appoint a special counsel to investigate Hillary Clinton, a day after reports surfaced that the attorney general had authorized senior prosecutors at the Department of Justice to evaluate an inquiry into the Clinton Foundation.
Testifying before the House judiciary committee, Sessions also appeared to push back on Donald Trump’s repeated insistence that the FBI should focus on investigating Clinton as opposed to potential collusion between his own presidential campaign and Russia.

DJT cannot fire him else the Swamp types at DOJ will rule while the Swamp things in Congress dither and jabber allowing the Dem meme to complete and begin impeachment on the flimsiest of pretenses, while the USA goes into a tail spin and sidles up to and joins other failed states.

I saw Sessions pressed, and he was an joke.
He is not senile he very effectively shut down Congressman Jordon on the Special Prosecutor question. He was much more forceful with Jordon than he was with those moron democrat women.
Trump isn’t getting rid of Sessions until Judge Moore wins his seat.
Yes, they were executed. I looked up the movie, Guilty of Treason, and it was about a man in Hungary who was tortured and held by that government. I was a kid and have thought all this time it was about the Rosenbergs. I wanted to clear that misconception up on here after I had the wrong ones. Goes to show a memory that far back can be misremembered... yeah it’s a word. (I make up words that fit ... some of them should be entered in the dictionary.. just kidding)
You know this country would have a huge riot act if we actually charged someone with treason and gave out that punishment... but we will pay a price for going soft and allowing things that didn’t use to be allowed.
