Democrats need this seat so they can impeach Trump and the GOP know it and support it

Which Senators have called on Bob Melendez to resign despite a grand jury having found probable cause to indict him and a judge allowing the case to proceed through trial and to the jury?

The question is which Senator testified as a character witness on his behalf?

Under what authority could they deny him his seat?

Article I Section 5: "Each House may determine the rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two thirds, expel a member."

The time is coming where we are going to have to take this seriously enough to make a stand with this vermin.

They are really dirty and they want to turn our country into the NWO.

Mcturtle has this figured. He can tie up trumps entire program by simply not having a majority.

Judge Moore should remind these women of the commandment “Thou shall not bare false witness”

The Uniparty is not going to allow us to elect anyone who isn’t in favor of open borders/amnesty.
Of course the GOP would rather throw the seat to the Democrats than allow us to elect someone who sides with the citizens and the rule of law.
They are protecting the 30 million people they invited here illegally and against the will of the citizens and the Bush plan for North Mexico.

Hey, don’t blame me, blame the constitution - essentially any\no reason will do.

From wiki

Article I, Section 5 of the Constitution states that each House shall be the judge of its own elections, returns, and Member qualifications. Section 4 permits Congress to make laws to alter state regulations concerning elections. As a result, the House or Senate have final authority to decide a contested election, superseding even a state legislature or court. Court cases have held that House decisions of contested elections cannot be brought to the courts on appeal, even to the US Supreme Court and even if they are political in nature.

They’d rather give in than risk bad press. There’s not a thimble full of character in the entire US Senate.

Thanks - when I read that my mind was considering the wording from the standpoint of punishing improprieties against a sitting member, not someone elected but not yet seated.
