[FULL TITLE] After Endorsing Democrat in Alabama, Bezos’s Washington Post Plans to Hit Roy Moore with Allegations of Inappropriate Relations with Teenagers; Judge Claims Smear Campaign
BIRMINGHAM, Alabama — The Washington Post is imminently planning to run a piece targeting Judge Roy Moore, claiming that he engaged in inappropriate conduct with four teenage girls 34 years ago.
The alleged incidents, all of which Moore strongly denies, allegedly took place between 1977 and 1982. Breitbart News obtained details of the forthcoming Post story from the newspaper’s letter detailing the allegations sent to Moore’s campaign for comment.
“These allegations are completely false and are a desperate political attack by the National Democrat Party and the Washington Post on this campaign,” Moore said in a statement obtained by Breitbart News.
Separately, Moore’s campaign said in a statement, “This garbage is the very definition of fake news and intentional defamation.”

I’m glad Moore is fighting it. I remember when Herman Cain folded instantaneously when the Bimbos came out. Just lost all energy and didn’t know what to do. Then the bimbos disappeared, of course.

It’s always possible an allegation is true BUT we have to remember at the outset the WP, NYT, etc are not “journalists”. They are an arm of the democrat party, some say they are calling the shots for the party. So they promote every imaginable republican scandal exactly as a DNC press release would. Meanwhile, they aren’t covering Menendez’s trial or Trump’s accomplishments in Asia.
So anyone (i.e McCain) jumping to credit a Washington Post story is either a fool or a scoundrel.

I suspect the allegations are true. Moore did date a 16 year old. Bozo had to send his sleuths all the way back to 1963 to find the evidence.
If its really defamation, the judge should sue the paper and the sources for the story.
The WashPost knows that is why they had their legal department go over it.
As far they’re concerned, its Moore’s political problem. Whether he stays in the race or not isn’t their business.
Sexual misconduct claims can destroy a political candidate in a way other allegations don’t. We’ll have to see if the other shoe drops.
There will be more revelations coming out. Chinese water torture is like slow drips of acid but the effect is cumulative over time.
The WashPost knows it and Moore knows it. How do you disprove a negative?
We’re talking about a 32 year old man dating teens. That’s not only inappropriate, its a crime in many states.
I see no plausible defense for it given the age difference involved. If Moore didn’t know that at the time, he’s either a fool or a scoundrel.
That goes even deeper because back in the day, he was a prosecutor.
This may be just the tip of the iceberg. You haven’t seen a pile on yet; just wait and watch.
A pure political hit piece by the left - had they really been upset about what happened they would have come forward years ago when he was in other high profile positions in Alabama - waited until he was the nominee for a national post and couldn’t withdraw without hurting the party for maximum embarrassment and damage.......

If he were a Democrat and dated a 16yo they’d yawn.
If he were a Democrat and dated a 16yo boy he’d be receiving accolades.
