Kudos!!! I’m a bit tired of people referring to Bill Clinton, Gary Hart, and John Edwards as excuses for these allegations. That matters little to Christians who vote.
First, Moore is an openly committed Christian. Time and again, he has raised the banner for Christ.
Second, as Christians, we know that all are fallible (eg. David/Bathsheba).
Third, Moore has flat-out denied these allegations to millions of people. It will not be “cool” if he is deceptive and lying. He’d lose my vote on the basis of lying, not “chasing tail.”

They’re gon a pull out all the stops to try a true hard core Conservative from hitting the Senate - speaks volumes of why we need to stick with Moore - gonna send him a donation today.

Well, there is a hypocrisy angle too. No one cares for alleged victims for 30 + year except now when useful to the deep state. We have pimps who want Moore out to institute pedophilia trying to make a “pedophilia collusion” case against Moore! The deep state and media need to come forward with mea culpas instead of throwing rocks out of a glass house.

My sense is that this will backfire on them. Even I moderated my disgust of Weinstein with knowledge that all these women chose to go with him expecting to benefit from his sex plantation - and only protest now because they ended up on the plantation they coveted themselves, with Weinstein’s gardner treated with more respect, and probably rightly so, because the slave gardner and these little kids, these “oppressed princess” actresses are all fine with that, heck, their man must be that way!

This in the Democrat Playbook. The chapter titled, ‘When all else fails try these tricks’.

(1) Courts don’t exist in vacuums. To presume they do is pride.

(2) Jesus said the law can be summed up in the first two commandments: Love the Lord thy God, and Love your neighbor as yourself. The Cross is love.

We have turned from salvation to pride, and we are now seeing (as from you) excuses for that too. God won’t brook it.

That is true... it might scotch Moore (especially if Moore is caught flatfooted and more rigid than he needs to be), but yes, it will also blow back on the crowd that did it.

All these issues are relative in one sense, because God shows grace.

And in a sense, we can understand why the growing secular liberal bent of the judiciary when we view the issue in that light.

Civic minded people are looking for a safety valve and are beholding little or none in modern Christendom. So they have decreed that they’ll do it from the courts.

The answer is not to go back to Attila the Hun. The answer is to rediscover truly Christian answers. It used to be that the penitentiary really was intended for the penitent (repentant). In which there would always, always be a measure of grace, as well as the opportunity to progress. To yield to the common godless clamor for sheer revenge is, in fact, in the very face of Christ. We cannot be hypocrites ourselves. And if we do not like the way the secular liberal judiciary does it, then we should seek out the face of God to give us Christian answers.

Pride?

You had to really bend over and scratch for that one.

No. Nope. Do you really think he could get away with putting a cross in a court house? However, in a sane world, no one would complain about the Ten Commandments, seeing as how our Common Law is based on them. And that we take an oath before God.

How about a greatly enlarged reproduction of “Year of our Lord” from the Constitution?

That would be more apropos than a Hebraic law some of which has NO mirror in our modern law — because it was ritual.

And he who won’t boast in the Cross is a coward.

Mitch McConnell must know that the only purpose for write-in candidates at this point is to siphon off enough votes to prevent Moore from winning.

It’s hard to give clues to the clueless.

But you might study your entire bible some day.

I study the Bible all the time.

I was asking because you seem to say that the Ten Commandments were ritual.

You can’t even keep the commandment about false witness.

PART of it is. If you see how they are spelled out, especially. Don’t stop in the middle of Leviticus.

And we don’t have a country whose law orders the belief in ANY deity. Try getting that to fly with the Ten.

Its nature presupposes it, but that is a different thing.

Look chum. Church things should be preached by churches and evangelists (I never say that the Lion of Judah belongs in a cage). But the basis for a radically religious law went away historically long ago. We’re at best in the barn painting pictures of the horse that fled the barn.

A new phase of American history is going to have to rest on the ministry of churches and evangelists.
