An Alabama candidate for the US Senate is strongly denying allegations that he sexually abused a 14-year-old girl.
Roy Moore, a Republican firebrand, said claims that he preyed on a teenager while he was a 32-year-old prosecutor were "completely false".
Leigh Corfman and three other women say Mr Moore made sexual advances on them when they were between the ages of 14 and 18, the Washington Post reports.
The top Senate Republican said Mr Moore must step aside if the claims are true.
Mr Moore, who is now 70, said in a statement to the Post: "These allegations are completely false and are a desperate political attack by the National Democrat Party and the Washington Post on this campaign."
The Christian conservative's team said in another statement about the allegations, "this garbage is the very definition of fake news and intentional defamation".
"Judge Roy Moore has endured the most outlandish attacks on any candidate in the modern political arena, but this story in today's Washington Post alleging sexual impropriety takes the cake," its statement added.

The WaPo article quotes Corfman’s mother, Nancy Wells who died in 2015.
“Wells says her daughter told her about the encounter more than a decade later, as Moore was becoming more prominent as a local judge.”
WAIT....Isn’t 14 considered ‘over the hill’ in Alabama?
Just an odd question. Has he denied knowing these people or does he know the accuser. Please note ... I am not making a conclusion.

Mississippi showed the establishment won’t stop until they destroy the conservative. Christine O’Donnell shows they’d rather have a Democrat than conservative.
If Roy Moore was in the habit of dating underage teen girls as a grown man, he had no business running for senate.
They hope to equate all the cases based on the one allegation of "child molestation." Moore then becomes a "serial child molester" in the public's eyes.
Supposing it were true, it’s been nearly 40 years. He could say that was before he got religion, unless there are more recent claims.

FWIW, in this little town the "in crowd" pulled low-level dirty trick campaigning. Six out of seven of the incumbents had an opponent. Every one of them lost!
They are really scared of this guy aren’t they? Including McConnell.

And anybody ... judge, lawyer, juror, politician, citizen ... who doesn’t think false accusations of criminal conduct are inherently malicious is either a liar himself or is utterly stupid.
I do not know what is going on but I remember Dirty Harry Reids words when He said Romney did not pay his taxes and after Romney lost and he was asked about it, Reid said basically it was a lie..................but it worked, Romney lost.
I feel that may be what is going on here...time will tell.

Lord we lift up Roy Moore to you, May the truth come out. May those who are lying be exposed...may you crush the works of the enemy, may those who plan evil be stopped, crushed and exposed. Please put a hedge of protection around Mr Moore and give him wisdom and discernment in these evil times. We ask this in your name and for your glory, Amen

They say Roy Moore’s crime is that he said “they were pretty”. Oh wow lock him up!....(sarcasm off)
First, I think this is total B.S.
Second, the Deep State is panicking because they know Roy Moore will be elected. Remember it was McConnell’s RINO guy that lost when McConnell, Rove and the rest of the Traitors said there was no way Moore could win his primary.
Third, the Deep State tried this on President Trump. It was all bull and it failed.
Finally, I would bet a 1000 to 1 that McConnell is behind this. The way he attacked Moore as soon as it came out is the dead give away.

They are not even accusing him of sex.
One is claiming he touched her breast area over her clothes. And that woman is not very credible.
And even she does not claim anything about him forcing her to do something, like you are suggesting.
If this is enough to derail a candidate, then we might as well not have elections. Just throw the whole idea of a representative republic in the garbage.
These attacks are brought to us by the same people who actually just made underage prostitutes in California criminally responsible for their actions (meaning they can no longer go to authorities for help because they will be sharged with a crime).
These same people support forcing underage girls to get abortions, taking girls younger than 14 to abortion clinics without their parent’s knowledge, and also hiding and destroying evidence of such girls being victimized by older men such as teachers or boyfriends of their mother.
These are the same people who love Barney Frank even though they know he had an underage, male prostitute business in his home. He had sex with underage males.

There are a a suspicious amount of so called republicans pouncing very quickly on a 40 year old charge a few weeks before the election.
