I believe one of the conditions of DACA is that they commit no crime.

Well, knock me over with a feather...a judge named Martinez finds legal meaning in an extra-Constitutional executive action. Must be a penumbra in there somewhere...

Judge Martinez has ruled for the foreign nationals and against US citizens? So shocking.

There, fixed it.

If Trump doesn’t stand up to them then his Presidency is over. The Judge is creating Ex Post Facto law. Just tell him his authority in the matter is not recognized and force higher courts to make decisions.

So now it will go to the Ninth Circuit that will affirm this decision, then on to the SCOTUS where it will be overturned. In the meantime, this trash will consume legal resources and court time in an ultimately fruitless attempt to stay here.

So the DACA presidential EO now grants illegals in this country Constitutional rights? Leftist judges take more power than the Constitution grants them. Bad ruling.

The President IS “due process.”

So the law works for illegals when it is favorable to them, but you can’t apply the law to illegals when it would not work in their favor.

Got it.

Everyone has due process rights. As my civ pro professor used to the say, the question is “What process is due?”

It doesn’t matter WHAT this Judge rules, there is no “due process” for ending an illegal, de facto amnesty program!

President Trump needs to go on the record and make a simple statement, “If the government creates an illegal program, those who took advantage of that program are not eligible for any “due process” to END the program. So whether this Judge likes it or not, the program will end and government will not stop supporting it - unless Congress does something about it - PERIOD!”

As far as “due process”, the DACA recipients will have that when they are processed through the immigration court system.

Why are they not deported so that the nation’s of which they are citizens can evaluate and protect their rights?

“particularly in Plaintiff’s case where benefits have already been conferred,” Judge Martinez stated in his ruling.”
Once you give these people anything then you owe them due process according to this judge. Think about that. Can we stop foreign aid then or once given we have to continue?
