Even though they are telling their citizens to leave Lebanon, doesn’t mean whatever they have in mind will be limited to Lebanon. Saudi Arabia broke off diplomatic relations in 2016 after Iran ransacked their embassy, so they don’t need to tell their citizens to leave Iran again.
