The lead prosecutor in this case was admitting a surveillance camera yesterday after laughing at Ryan Bundy's motion several months ago requesting information about it as part of discovery in the case.
But Steve Myhre's admission contradicted the testimony of the park service employee who revealed the camera's existence as an evidence hearing last week.
Attorney General Jeff Session's praised Steve Myhre's "leadership" in this case when he was in Las Vegas on July 12th.
I will bet that the surveillance was a rogue operation by FBI. Unwarranted surveillance. There should be a real warrant and FBI should be asked by the judge to produce it.
Perhaps the defense can get the videos of the OKC bombing while the are at it. The FBI has a history of destroying and hiding evidence like this.

If I remember right then one juror has to leave for vacation around the 10th. So there is no point in starting that phase now.
