One woman, who filed her accusation in 2004 to the Los Angeles Police Department, alleged that Masterson, 41, raped her while she was passed out. When she reportedly came to and realized what was happening, she claimed Masterson choked her until she passed out again. Both she and the actor were members of the Church of Scientology.
Three other women, also church members, reported their claims directly to the Church of Scientology.
The LAPDs case was squashed at the time, however, after 50 Scientologists wrote affidavits denouncing the womans story, the Huffington Post reported.

Did the LAPD collect any evidence?
Did the do their own interviews or investigations?
Or did they just rely on 50 letters?

Leah Reminis show on the REAL Scientology is quite illuminating.
It is a sick billion dollar organization that needs to be seriously investigated and summarily shut down.

I would hope that the Church of Scientology has been thoroughly infiltrated by US federal agents where treasure troves of evidence against them has been gathered, analyzed and disseminated. I think the day will come that the Church of Scientology and its “Dyanetics”, etc. (spell-check doesn’t even like it) goes swirling down the drain where it belongs.

This ‘Church” was declared tax exempt under Clintons regime. They make millions of dollars selling and in a few years make everyone buy new versions because they found a mis-placed comma or something.
To: Vaquero
Don’t you remember the stories of how they “bought” their “religion” tax status from Bill Clinton?
