The Trump administration on Friday asked the Supreme Court to discipline ACLU lawyers for helping a teen illegal immigrant get an abortion while federal lawyers were preparing their case to the high court opposing the procedure.
The Justice Department argues that American Civil Liberties Union lawyers misled the administration – in a case that could become President Trump’s first major battle in the country’s politically divisive abortion issue.
The unidentified, 17-year-old from Central America was reportedly told by federal agents in September that she was pregnant, upon trying to illegally enter the U.S. without her parents.

ACLU’s Legal Director is David Cole, an old protege’ of communist sympathizer William Kunstler (in the old CPUSA’s legal front (the National Lawyers Guild) creation, the Center for Constitutional Rights. CCR was a new generation of leftist lawyers and legal workers (Stalinists, Trotskyites, Maoists, Castroites, Black Marxists, freelance leftists, etc) as opposed to the totally controlled NLG (cited by Congress as the “legal bulwark of the Communist Party” - HCUA report, 1954 et al).
Cole is smart, hardcore and dangerous. Never underestimate him like some did the late Marxist Michael Ratner and other NLG leaders.
He is an enemy of freedom despite his “posing” as someone who gives a shit about the Constitution. Like his mentors, teachers, and legal supporters, the Constitution is a weapon the Marxist and liberal Left use to undermine our society, laws, and security, even if it means destroying the Constitution along the way.

Given that we are not scumbag murderers like leftists, how can people like Cole be neutralized in large numbers, without violating our own principles?

President Trump could have caused mass confusion and hysteria among the membership of the ACLU over this case by issuing a public statement thanking them for helping “Make America Great Again!” by terminating an anchor baby.
