They owned the top floors of the Mandalay Bay, called the Four Seasons. It had private elevator access. It was often used for private visits by Gulf
bigwigs.
It has been theorized that the guns in Paddock’s room were to be used for an assault on that part of the hotel, to take out someone of importance.
However, the alphabet agencies intervened; but they were unable to stop
everything.
The rest of the attacks on Vegas were in addition to that attack, but also a cover.

The point is these Saudi's have free control of all Mandalay bay because they own large parts of the hotel. The attack was their Mod of Operation of attacking civilians which they clearly demonstrated after they financed 9/11/01.
You want to move tons of weapons around the hotel... no problem.
Camera recordings don't work today.. no problem.
