Prostitutes who have been paid for their services do not suffer rape when those services are rendered. I’m sure they can credibly allege other crimes of physical assault and battery if they did not think that was part of their hired service and I suspect that sort of thing is illegal even if paid for. But rape? No.
This Howie Rubin guy comes across like he's a little nuts even in a Wall Street environment. Started his career as a chemical engineer, then got bored and decided to try and make a living playing blackjack in Las Vegas. Ended up as a bond trader on Wall Street when all the casinos in Vegas started banning him for counting cards.
The Global Elitists all seem to be sexually weird. I think that within their circle, this information is used to keep them all in line. But if the information gets out from within their circle, then the wall start tumbling down.
