Simeon D. Mokhiber, 42, of upstate New York had a close call in court last week. Mokhiber is an Iraq combat veteran who served in the Army’s 82nd Airborne Division as well as the National Guard. Following his active duty service he worked private security details protecting U.S. officials in both Iraq and Afghanistan. But last year he was pulled over in Niagra County and charged with driving under the influence. (A charge which was dismissed.) The police found three 17-round Glock magazines in a container in his vehicle. There was no firearm in the car… just the magazines.

Three empty magazines should not get you arrested anywhere that the 2nd Amendment applies.
That leaves out the communist states, CA, MA, NJ, NY, CT, IL, HI

And here in WA I was carrying two 40rd .223 magazines (empty) bought at a gun show in a state that’s pretty much liberal.
Or had empty .22 shells rolling around. There was this case where a kid in one of those states brought an empty .223 shell casing to school. It was fired off at a military cemetery. He was suspended and I thing the class went through counseling.

The more they can “demonize” anything related to firearms, especially in the eyes of the impressionable youth, the easier it is down the road to disarm the entire populace of the country....and that is their evil goal.
Teach your kids good, safe, basic firearms usage. It drives libs absolutely even more insane than they already are. Put it in their face so they can fear out even more to think a “child” being taught how to shoot.

I’m in Illinois and I’m carrying 3 loaded magazines right now along with the pistol they fit. I’ll be in Chicago later today for a meeting and I’ll be legal there, too.
