Why does the liberal media lie about and cover for Islam?Because they want to destroy our great nation in its present form, is the answer. They really do not like the Islamic fundamentalist anymore than we do. However, they are their temporary allies in the destruction of our great Republic.
It is much like WWII. We allied with the evil Soviet Union to destroy another evil which was NAZI Germany.
The real hell of it is, if the Islamists actually win, those liberals will be the first ones shot.
