Apparently, an active shooter and perhaps a truck attack going on NOW in lower Manhattan....

The picture in the NY Post article about the shooting looks like it was taken from the same location as a pic in the slideshow in the PIX 11 report about the Home Depot truck runover.
On FOX Shep is trying super hard to say it isn’t terrorism. Almost comical, if not for the tragedy of the situation.
If the perp’s name was Thomas Smith or Jones we’d know it already.
As it is Facebook and Twitter are currently being scrubbed before they release the probable “and it’s Muslims” name.
Shep Smith right now doing his best to claim this as a fight between two truck drivers that led to one of them getting on the bike path and subsequently mowed down bike riders and pedestrians, according to him this is anything but a terrorist attack.

I just got back to my office from walking about 30 blocks up 3rd Avenue. I heard nearly constant sirens the whole way. Sirens aren’t unusual in NYC but I got the sense something was going on. Now I know.

ABC News: “A witness told ABC’s New York station WABC that a truck hit multiple people on the bike path on the West Side Highway. The witness added that the truck crashed into a school bus and the driver got out and opened fire.”
NY Post reports 6 people shot.
