I’m betting he’s ingesting a lot more than pot. He seemed to be drugged during most of his Presidency. (No one could be that stupid when sober.) Watching some of his longer speeches/appearances, you can almost see the drugs kicking in or wearing off. In particular, in the town hall “debate” with Romney, he looked like a complete zombie at the start. It was as if the various drugs in his system had to equalize or something before his brain was somewhat more connected to his mouth and limbs.
