I was surprised to see 11-4 is a Saturday. If they wanted to cause the most disruption why set this for a weekend.

I don’t think it’s disruption they want so much as conflict. Launching their “revolution” on a weekday wouldn’t provide much grist for their mill, because all us horrible “deplorables” actually have jobs, so we wouldn’t be able to show up to fight back. And attempting to prevent us from working for a living isn’t going to provide the kind of narrative they want. By doing it on a Saturday, they have a better chance of drawing some kind of participation from the Right.

Saturday was chosen to maximize the numbers, in an attempt to encourage others to participate.
It allows Socialists who work, and students to participate without interfering with classes, and illegal migrant organizations to magnify their issues.
It will allow the DemocRATS to ceremoniously voice their "election day SHOUT-OUT !" (one year after) to rage against Trump.
There will be an attempt to get cellphone numbers for donations, many of whom will be contacted later for additional participation.
It is designed to be a demonstration of 'the masses' of malcontents for future organization and other future demonstrations.
For example, the "OCCUPY" movement started in only one ,or two locations, .. and then copycated elsewhere , until it spread the width of the nation.

11-4 is a Communist historical day.
Which fits with antifa.
