So my take-away is every man has sexually harassed women everywhere all the time and they all kept quiet until now.

Someone floated the theory when the Weinstein thing came out that a lot of these male liberal scumbags are liberals and feminists because it both promote their access to the women who they want to exploit, as well as protects them and gives them power due to being so chummy with the liberal power political class and feminists. Was it Rush who said this?

I agree but when it comes to amorous advances, discretion is required by men. Many women like men to show that they are attracted to them. Why else would they fix themselves up so beautifully and be flirty?
The goal of a guy’s advances should be to convince the woman to be attracted to him.
Right now is a bad time for men to be making crude, unwanted advances toward women. But “crude”, “unwanted” ... some women might love that.

Sorta seems this way. I worked for the Federal Gov for many years, and we would take mandatory, yearly "Sexual Harassment" workshops. As much as I hated it at the time, I found them quite good. They clearly spelled out what constitutes "Sexual Harassment", as opposed to just flirting or regular male-female behavior.
