I’m still in the Cloward-Piven (theory) camp with this. It is too big to prosecute. The investigative machinery of the DOJ has been successfully overwhelmed. There are too many deeply-implanted beneficiaries even if they are tertiary beneficiaries within the gov’t and the DOJ not to sabotage any effort to apply legality and then punishment to the situation. I hope I am wrong.
Jeff Sessions, by his inaction, willfull ignorance and even abject incompetence (his “Rosenstein is a man of integrity” drivel must not be forgotten), is ressembling more and more to a traitor.
McCarthy is always the very best at explaining complex corruption like this. His experience as a federal prosecutor give him insights few others have and he is an excellent writer.

I know this seem pretty basic, but this scam allowed US energy prices to be driven up by uranium extortion scheme.
shouldn’t the US utlity rate payers deserve a class action remeby in civil suit?

And combined with The Hill’s article yesterday, we are seeing the outlines of the worst known scandal in the history of the United States. High treason was committed and the security of every person in the United States remains dangerously compromised because of it.
