An internal audit commissioned by the Clinton Foundation in 2011 revealed that the Clinton's family charity may have misled the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) when it claimed, under penalty of perjury, that it was enforcing a policy against conflicts of interest.

In short, auditors warned the Clinton Foundation it was likely involved in multiple conflicts of interest violations. That warning was ignored for the entire time Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State as tens of millions of dollars continued to pour into the foundation's coffers.
The Clintons knew. The Obama White House knew. Top-ranking members of Congress knew as did various media institutions. Nothing was done. The corruption continued - and continues still to this day.
That's the D.C. Way.

We really don’t know. But what is certain is the fact that it cannot happen while Jeff (“Where’s Justice?”) Sessions is Attorney General.
I have said it before. I would settle for the hill/billy gang spending one day in jail and all their assets are seized.
First step: IRS needs to pull their 501(c)3.
Expect the same old excuse. “Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy”.

So how did the Clintons manage to grab all that money?
Very simply.....Hillary faithfully sent her SoS itinerary to the Clinton Foundation.
The conniving Clintons shakedowns commenced: insider business deals, speaking fees, consultancies for Bill, donations to her campaign, and donations to the foundation, were at the top of their itemized "to-do list."
All of America's state decisions on foreign policies, foreign aid, etc, were exploited. The Clintons specialized in exploting national disasters to get rich quick.

ITEM---The Australian newspaper the "Herald Sun" ran an October 2016 article entitled, “Why have we donated to Clinton’s foundation?” The paper noted "Former Australian Prime Minister Gillard donated $300 million of our money to the Clinton-affiliated Global Partnership for Education.”

That's one humongous amt of Australian govt money that fell into the hands of the conniving Clintons. The Herald Sun needs to dig deeper---to determine if any of that money took a circuitous route then landed back into the personal coffers of the donors. Could have happened like this:
BACKSTORY When he went to jail, investigators found Ponzi King Bernie Madoff had stashed billions offshore-----into a labyrinth of financial entities.
COLLUSION AND CONSPIRACIES GALORE Some $8.9 billion was funneled to Madoff through a dozen so-called feeder funds based in Europe, the Caribbean and Central America......a labyrinth of hedge funds, management companies and service providers that, to unsuspecting outsiders, seemed to compose a formidable system of checks and balances.
But the purpose of this complex architecture was just the opposite: the feeder funds provided different modes for directing money to Madoff in order to avoid scrutiny.....and taxes.

ITEM---Some observers inside Germany believe the German government has some explaining to do for the Clinton Foundation donation that appears under the heading “Donors and Grantors”. “Why does a German Ministry support the election campaign of a U.S. presidential candidate?” blogged Vera Lengsfeld — former civil rights activist and German parliamentarian. “It seems German taxpayers unwittingly financed Hillary Clinton’s election campaign.” There is also the question pending: how many German govt ministries gave money to the Clintons?
Do not worry, the IRS would have given Joe Sixpack the same break each year they noticed it. (/snort)
Do the federal politicians really believe we will continue to put up with this sort of selective enforcement and unique benefits (see health care) The founders are weeping.
After riding Bill’s coattails for forty years and eating crow all that time, whatever the topic: taxes, Russia, collusion, personal instability, cabbages, sealing wax, whatever—there’s Hillary: always projecting her own transgressions & failings onto all the reasons (by her failing lights) for her ignonimous political death spiral.
It’s incredible, isn’t it, that that lying bag of political corruption Koskinen is still in the driver’s seat at the IRS?
