Gregg Jarrett: The Clinton cover-up, brought to you by the same guys who are investigating Trump
Fox ^ | 10/17/17 | Gregg Jarrett

Eric Holder was the Attorney General when the FBI began uncovering the Russian corruption scheme in 2009. Since the FBI reports to him, he surely knew what the bureau had uncovered.

What’s more, Holder was a member of the “Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States” which approved the uranium sale to the Russians in 2010. Since the vote was unanimous, it appears Holder knowingly and deliberately countenanced a deal that was based on illegal activities and which gave Moscow control of more than 20 percent of America’s uranium assets.

It gets worse. Robert Mueller was the FBI Director during the time of the Russian uranium probe, and so was his successor James Comey who took over in 2013 as the FBI was still developing the case. Rod Rosenstein, then-U.S. Attorney, was supervising the case. There is no indication that any of these men ever told Congress of all the incriminating evidence they had discovered and the connection to Clinton. The entire matter was kept secret from the American public.

It may be no coincidence that Mueller (now special counsel) and Rosenstein (now Deputy Attorney General) are the two top people currently investigating whether the Trump campaign conspired with the Russians to influence the 2016 presidential election. Mueller reports to Rosenstein, while Comey is a key witness in the case.

It is not unreasonable to conclude that Mueller, Rosenstein and Comey may have covered up potential crimes involving Clinton and Russia, but are now determined to find some evidence that Trump “colluded” with Russia.

I long for the good old days when, Justice officials at least pretended to be non-partisan.

“Holder was a member of the “Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States” which approved the uranium sale to the Russians”

Which Russia then turns around and sells to Iran.

Iran and North Korea cooperate together on nuclear missile programs.

Iran builds nuclear weapons.
North Korea builds nuclear weapons.

Thank you hillary and bill; and all of your cooperating co-conspirators.

Under RICO statutes the entire Federal government should be indicted.

Finally may not have to watch Fox any more. I cut cable two years ago and see that OAN has a live stream on YouTube which you can stream from your phone or Ipad to your TV. Finally!

That’s but one reason the Clinton gang and the Obama gang staffed the gov’t with their own people. They knew this day was coming.

Further, they went cuckoo with a bogus “investigation” to muddy the waters.

Because they knew this day was coming.

Under RICO statutes the entire Federal government should be indicted.

But of course, we wouldn't have "standing" to bring the case.

This is the acid test for Jeff Sessions. If he does not publicly announce a special prosecutor to pursue this (and all the investigation has already been carried out) he is a deep state operative and guilty of treason.

Last time I saw Jeff he was busy letting Stuart Smalley call him a liar.

Funny how I used to worry about a nuke going off in DC, and now nothing would make me happier.

Therein lies the rub. There is no one left authorized to bring the case.

Sarah Carter told Sean Hannity on his radio show, that the Justice Department under AT Sessions, has taken serious attention to Uraniumgate. I would love to see a mammoth blow of the tea pot.

Who will appoint him? Where will he get a team of investigators and prosecutors? What court will they take it to?

I don’t know if it would apply to this case, since it is so complex. A lawyer probably could not know, but: There is law that says that a contract based on illegal intent is not a valid contract.

Whether the bribery, graft and other nefarious conduct falls under that rule will have to be determined by a judge.

And of course first someone has to have the balls to challenge the contract on those grounds.

The blindingly obvious situation is that the Democrat Party is a RICO.

Of course the rank-and-file “Republicans are the party of the rich” Democrats have been completely snowed - and even are under the impression that chants of “Lock her up!” in response to pointing out that Hillary behaved as an utter scofflaw WRT the handling of highly sensitive information, were over the top.

Be it never so old and respected a brand, a party which can elect WJC and Obama, and railroad the nomination of HRC past the competition in ’16, is a corrupt organization.

Why are we just seeing this NOW?

It only came to light because of Senator Grassley and others who exposed it. Including witnesses who are still being intimidated.

Fire Sessions. Now. The "man" is a slimey little worm.
