This hardly qualifies as news. ISIS had a weapons cache and some of the weapons were Israeli. Israel is nearby geographically and makes lots of weapons, plus Israel is an ally of the states sponsoring ISIS.
Like saying rain is wet.

Speaking about the arms dealings remember that classic Nicholas Cage movie LORD OF WAR which is an autobiography of an actual arms dealer. In the scene where he's wanting to make conversation & contact with the #1 dealer in the world at a weapons expo fair, but the old guy kept brushing him off.
So in a moment of frustration Nick said to him "But I dont understand, in the Iraq Iran war you sold weapons to BOTH sides!" to which the old guy just looked him dead in the eyes and coldly said "Dont you think I wanted BOTH SIDES to lose?"
