The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) uncovered a large weapons depot belonging to the so-called Islamic State (ISIS) in the eastern countryside of the Homs Governorate, Syrian state TV reported on Monday, October 16, according to Al-Masdar News.
Based on the footage released by Syrian state TV, the captured Islamic State depot in east Homs contained some Israeli manufactured weapons.
The Syrian Arab Army seized this weapons depot in eastern Homs while carrying out operations around Homs-Hama axis in central Syria.
Since capturing this depot, the Syrian Arab Army has cleared the last Islamic State pocket in eastern Hama, ending the latter’s presence in this rugged area.

I mean, I have no doubt ISIS has gotten their hands on plenty of Israeli weapons, but this is just BS propaganda.
Some reports indicate Obama resourced ISIS. My guess is he hated Israel so much he acquired (thru third parties) and routed Israeli weapons to ISIS because he wanted their fingerprints to fool the media as to their involvement.

I already have heard from college professors here in NY say that.
Here’s their reasoning:
1) Israel was never attacked by ISIS. ISIS is an enemy of Iran.
2) Iran wants to destroy Israel.
Ergo, Israel created and supported ISIS (a Sunni group ) to serve as an enemy against Iran ( a Shiite group ).
This weapons discovery will only add fire to the conspiracy theory fuel.
(I’d like to read anyone’s refutation of these allegations).

I had some Israeli made weapons, they were nice. Unfortunately they were on the boat when Harvey blew in. They must be out in Galveston Bay now.
I thought that was common knowledge for a long time. None of those players over there have any credibility when it comes to U.S. interests.
Their main targets in Syria, in fact, have been the ISIS units from the Stans and Chechnya leaving the primarily Arab "freedom fighters" to the Syrians and Kurds.
When there are first hand reports from Europeans who have been there explaining this sort of little tidbit the knee jerk BS only helps spread the Neocon Globalist smokescreen, Neocons who don't like the US and Trump any more than they liked Quackdaffy and Libya.
ISIS is getting millions of $$ from QATAR & Saudi Arabia fundraisers which is being used to buy weapons at the wholesalers level. They dont time to be specialty shopping and they get the Ak-47's for $400 a pop and the old M-16's for about the same. A Tavor sells here in the USA for $1600 or 4x any of the above, thus it will not be found among them.

The US gives Israel billions every year so if the US is on a weapons buying spree in the ME to support terrorists who will in effect aid Israel, what the list price is doesn't matter, they'd offer to provide weapons to the CIA buyers at whatever price they were willing to pay. Probably M16s made in Israel rather than high end stuff they sell here, but made in Israel none the less.
Personally, if there are in fact Israeli made weapons in the hands of terrorists in Syria, I'm not the least bit shocked or surprised. Syria being broken up into multiple little countries fighting one another and barring that, Syria having to fight large terrorist groups is in Israel's national interest. Of course they do what they believe is in their national interest whether it helps or harms US policies and US interests. That's how realistic national leaders behave.
The fact that we've had a series of very unrealistic leaders in both Congress and the Whitehouse is why the US is in the mess we're now in both internally and on the world stage. That doesn't mean it's reasonable to assume all other nations will be equally happy to engage in self-defeating behavior and thinking they will is a major mistake. With the exception of the US (now rapidly being asset stripped like so many third world chitholes have been) just look at what's in a nations self interest and you'll know what they're up probably up to covertly no matter what they're saying and doing overtly.
I don't see how Israeli weapons, training, or anything else Israel provides ISIS and other thugs is even news. The US helping them is stupid and self-destructive, but Israel doing so makes sense. Any rabidly anti-Israel Muslim group who is busy making the mistake of getting their people slaughtered in Syria or elsewhere is an opportunity when viewed in light of the old adage, "Never interrupt your enemy when he's making a mistake". It naturally follows, that given the opportunity, you should encourage and help your enemy to make that mistake
