That only works in the House. Mitch isn’t up for reelection ‘til 2020. McCain is dying. Collins is Maine political aristocracy. So is Murkowski in Alaska. None of the RINOs in the Senate can be touched in ‘18. Just the House.

Has anyone noticed the presidential golfing partners...

Graham and Paul. Either he is utilizing them as a bridge builder to thaw the ice w/ the Turtle. Or... Succession Planning. Any good CEO trains a potential replacement given they know the hows and whys of key man insurance.

Is PDJT getting Rand Paul ready to be Senator Majority Leader Paul in 18' given the changed Senate we will have after the elections?

FWIW, again the Senate needs Demming, Kaizen, Taguchi, Six Sigma etc reforms to their rules and procedures. Any CEO running a Corp like the Senate would be "spending more time with his family" as he decided to retire early, Mitch are you listening?

You can primary Murkowski and Collins ‘til your blue in the face. They’ll coast to victory and pay it no mind. They’re institutions backed by old money. McCain is not running again. McConnel is not running in ‘18. So the Senate remains RINO infested, whatever Bannon does, at least for the foreseeable future, although Bannon could take down a few vulnerable Democrats. That would sure be nice, and wouldn’t involve internecine blood letting, either. RINOs become irrelevant once you have a big enough majority.

Is this meeting going to be the one where PDJT pulls out the documents surrounding McConnell’s dismissal from military service? Tells Mitch, “Shape up, or the world will know how you were caught ‘in flagrante’ with your fellow soldier back in the ‘60s.”

Trump should grab that bastard by the lapels and shove his back against the wall and tell him he’s got 24 hours to repeal Obamacare and anything else The Donald wants done. Otherwise the wrath of a Queens, NY commercial real estate tycoon is going to make his life miserable.

Murkowski isn’t up for re-election for a long time anyway and neither is Collins to a lesser degree. But Flake and several others may have issues.

Just for the record, who will do that firing?

Forget the dialogue, forget the gab. Bottom line...PUBBIES, is that Mitch Mcconnell must go, be fired, be replaced, resign his Senate seat, immediately. Three reasons for his ouster: Trump Hater, Turncoat, Traitor. Pubbie senate caucus...broom and dump...McConnell...”TODAY”.

“McCain is not running again.”

Has he come out and announced that? I’m not 100% on board with the whole brain tumor thing. Some people will feign anything to get a pass on wrongdoing; he’s certainly not above that.

Trump needs o call for an ISO9000 party

1. Say what you do

2. Do what you say

3, Document and prove it.

If he runs again, and he was lying about dying, then he’s vulnerable, and if anyone deserved a tough primary fight, it’s him. But if he’s dying, his named successor will have to be very unpalatable in order to be effectively primaried. Dying senior senator war “hero”es usually get their successor.

Flake voted for repeal and replace, though. Has he been charging his horny nose into other important legislation?

The only person who should be uncomfortable is Mitch. He’s gonna lose his job if he doesn’t start working.

Think its safe to say on anything with immigration / wall, he’s voting against it. Not to mention those 3 (McCain, Lisa, Collins) are all covering for about 5-8 others, including Flake on a number things. Only reason he’s probably voted like he has is he’s up for re-election and he knows he’s going to have the fight of his life just even get out of primary.

“You can primary Murkowski and Collins ‘til your blue in the face. They’ll coast to victory and pay it no mind.”

Not worried for now about them since not till 2020 and 2022 so why bring them up?

“So the Senate remains RINO infested, whatever Bannon does, at least for the foreseeable future,”

— Really? Two are already out before we’ve really even started primary season (Strange and Corker). So you really think Wicker, Flake, Heller maybe even Fishcher, Barrasso and Hatch are completely safe in this environment? McConnell is meeting with Trump today. He wouldn’t be doing that just for manners.

“although Bannon could take down a few vulnerable Democrats. That would sure be nice, and wouldn’t involve internecine blood letting, either.”

—Agreed. If not Kid Rock in MI then Lena Epstein is strong there as well. Love to see Heitkamp and Tester as well. Such liars they are. Classic mountain west democrats. Talk the good game back home then vote with Pelosi and Schumer in D.C.

“RINOs become irrelevant once you have a big enough majority.”

-At what level of majority? Even if we had the mighty 60 seats (then McConnell would just say we needed to have 70 for “strong consensus/bipartisanship and all that BS”) it still may not be enough. Think about it — let’s pretend we replaced 8 democrats next year with 8 hard core conservatives but none of the current RINO’s were replaced (leave Corker in there for purposes of this exercise). So now let’s subtract from that pretend number of 60 the number of RINO’s who could still scuttle MAGA bills coming out of their chamber:

Richard Shelby, Murkowski, Sullivan, McCain, Flake, John Boozman, Cory Gardner, Rubio, Isakson, Crapo, Collins, Cochran, Wicker, Blunt, maybe Steve Daines, maybe Fischer, Sasse, Heller, Tillis, Hoeven, Portman, maybe Toomey, Graham, Thune, Alexander, Cornyn, and Capito (won’t count WY Barrasso and Enzi becauce 50/50 on them). Then add on McConnell who’s the leader of it all so not counting the maybes that’s still 25 rino’s that could easily derail MAGA even with a solid 60 seat majority.

So no must disagree that having a large enough majority will neutralize the rino’s. The rino’s must be purged from the Senate/gop even if it means internecine warfare as unpleasant as that may seem.
