Think its safe to say on anything with immigration / wall, he’s voting against it. Not to mention those 3 (McCain, Lisa, Collins) are all covering for about 5-8 others, including Flake on a number things. Only reason he’s probably voted like he has is he’s up for re-election and he knows he’s going to have the fight of his life just even get out of primary.
