Hm. So can PG&E be sued so the ratepayers can pick up the tab ?
PCG (PG&E common stock) is down about 13 points (from 69) in the past 2 days. Over 8 points today.
I don’t know how anyone would be able to ascertain whether falling PGE lines cause the fire(s) or were caused by the fires.
That said....somewhere in here, PCG is possibly a buy. Not until it’s thoroughly puked out which could take a few more days.
What did PG&E do or not do to merit their ire?..................
If all else fails, blame the electric utility company and global warming.
Anything to point fingers away from poor natural resource management
