So, a prominent Democrat supporter can buy his way out of prosecution, but those of lesser means - including many minorities can’t. Yet, the Democrats hold themselves up as the social justice warriors.

“Got little swamps all around the country.”

As others have pointed out, if Hillary had been elected this probably would not have come out. Trump has had many positive effects, beyond what he generally gets credited with.

my guess is there is an off shore account that has more money in it. this is only money given to the political campaign and given in a way so it would not appear to be part of a bigger bribe. My bet is that a close examination of Weinstein will uncover other crimes by other lesser players.

Re the imbalance between Pubbie and Rat fees: Yes, he appears to charge Rats lower fees to drop charges, but he makes it up in volume with Rats.

Remember when the “Bar” was set by the Left as ‘The Appearance of Impropriety Requires an Investigation?”

The prosecutor should have asked for $100,000.<>

Not to worry. They make their margins on volume.

I had never heard of that case. But a quick search showed that as expected they really threw the book at this RAT child molesting scumbag:

http://www.nytimes.com/1983/10/21/nyregion/gold-gets-probation-in-fondling-of-child-agrees-to-treatment.html

I'm sure most child molesters get probation (and only two years at that!). I hope they also took away his dessert for two weeks.
