So what? Its only a win for now. The next Democrat POTUS will put the restrictions back, and maybe even worse ones.

First, they have to win. That will be made more difficult by having the Pubbie campaign against re-instituting the ban in states the Dem would need to carry to win - Pennsylvania, Ohio, W. Virginia, to name a few.

Of course, the ninth circuit will hold that anything Obama did cannot be changed.

Hopefully, the supreme court will correct that.

But the road to reversing Obama’s Kill the Coal Industry regulations will go through the Courts, and I bet more than one court enjoins Trump from repealing them.

Oh, my, there has never been a lie to equal the lie of Barack Obama running for president in 2008. I spotted him as a total farce within a couple of weeks of the moment I first learned his name but he still fools a lot of people. The greatest argument I could make against elected government would be that this man was “elected” twice. The quotation marks are because I am not convinced that he won legitimately either time. What a con artist!!!
