By the way, I heard a poll cited on the news that showed that the majority of Americans support background checks on gun purchases. I wonder, this time around, if any of the the 2nd Amendment supporters on the TV panels will ever get around to informing the discussion that we already have background checks, when their opponents jack them up for “opposing” background checks. Heretofore, they refuse to reveal that. I have never been able to figure that one out.
Hmm, perhaps we should discuss background checks for candidates (and office holders) for POTUS, VPOTUS, Congress, and "news" peeps.
