Sessions was my Senator and I agree 100%. In fact I told many a FReeper that Sessions was a straight arrow who would bend over backwards to NOT go after any political enemies. No surprise here.

Agreed - Sessions is too much of a gentleman. He’s great on borders, but he is not good when it comes to looking at the IRS scandal, Hillary’s scandal, the unmasking, leaks, etc. Price was not effective in helping get Obamacare repealed at HHS, but he may have played a better role in the House.

VERY sad really. If Sessions were still in the Senate he could be a strong candidate for Majority Leader instead of the feckless, erstwhile turtle.
