Well, I’m certainly glad that she can not ever be a cop. It’s pretty obvious that she’s mentally and morally unfit. It doesn’t seem to be any kind of hate crime though. Just a petty revenge crime, and the perp got caught.

The evidence was on his car tracker - there is a record of where the cab went. She claimed he abducted her, but that was disproven.
