Bannon: "If Moore Wins, ‘Real Review’ Needed Find How Trump Got Bad Info, Came Down on Wrong Side"
Breitbart ^ | 09/25/2017 | Tony Lee

Former White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon told Sean Hannity on Monday evening that if grassroots conservative candidate Roy Moore defeats D.C. establishment Senator Luther Strange on Tuesday, a “real review has to be done of how President Donald Trump got the wrong information and came down on the wrong side of the football here.”

Bannon gave Hannity his first cable television interview since leaving the White House after rallying for Moore in Alabama.

Bannon blasted the D.C. establishment and their preferred consultants like Karl Rove, Ward Baker, and Steven Law for having run the “cruelest, nastiest ads” that he has ever seen to “destroy Judge Moore” and his family to give “ammunition to Democrats later on if Judge Moore wins tomorrow.”

“This is the same thing they did with Donald Trump,” Bannon said, referring to the $30 million the establishment has spent to smear Moore. “The same gang that’s going after Roy Moore is the same gang that went after Donald Trump.”

The D.C. Swamp reportedly gave Trump a lot of “happy talk” and persuaded him to campaign for Strange because they fear that a Moore win will inspire other grassroots candidates to challenge, in Sarah Palin’s words, Swamp creatures “in their own states.”

LS didn’t say he has a problem with Moore’s victory, need some reading comprehension classes?

In my POV, Trump knew Moore would win, but by supporting Strange, this is likely to insure Strange will vote the right way until January.

To me it’s obvious.

Don’t be an idiot. I supported Moore. But TRUMP should not have supported Moore.

So your strategy is to take any challenger anywhere who you “feel” is Trumpier-—regardless of how an incumbent actually votes-—cuz you “know” how they will vote in the future?

I support having Trump run against clear OPPONENTS such as Flake, Portman, Heller, or Sasse.

But as long as ppl like Rubio give you the votes-—again we don’t care about “intentions” or “motivations”—Trump should support.

Big Luther has a history of corruption and alliance with establishment swamp crooks.

Moore offered a clean record of a real patriot.

It’s not rocket science....

And Trump, as I say for the second time, knew Moore would win-—but Strange has three months of voting. Why do ignore that?

So you want to slap a guy who voted with you 100% of the time, give him a reason to vote against you for three months?

Not me.

People need to get off the purist high horse “I’d rather be pure than win”.

Politics is dirty, life is dirty, nothing is perfect, and the goal is to win the MAGA agenda. Trump is not a party animal or an ideologue. A lot of people (not enough, thankfully) considered Ron Paul so pure (and Rand has some of that “shine” on him) that they voted for him over and over and wanted him to be president.

It’s obvious Moore was going to win even without Trump’s endorsement.

“I stopped paying attention to Breitbart when they abandoned conservatism. Which was probably soon after Breitbart died”

Exactly what never Trumper RINO Shapiro sez. I haven’t ever really followed Breitbart, but if the left (and RINOs) hate it, it’s got to be good.
