Hillary Clinton has a new theory for why former FBI Director James Comey re-opened an investigation into her emails just before the presidential election.
“He was under pressure from Rudy Giuliani, others, both former and current FBI officials,” Clinton said in an interview with Charlie Rose on Monday.
Since losing the election to Trump, Clinton has railed against Comey over his Oct. 28 decision to re-open the email probe. The decision was made after FBI agents discovered some of Clinton’s emails on a computer shared by her aide, Huma Abedin, and her husband, Anthony Weiner.
Weiner was under investigation at the time for sending sexually explicit messages to an underage girl.
In her interview with Rose, Clinton said she had “doubts about how serious” Comey thought the new emails were.

So Rudy might say...."Right Hillary....I wrote him a note offering to meet him on the tarmac to discuss the emails and whether I would prosecute her."
Because of her threat to Comey’s life and his family, he dropped the case.

I wish to heck Rudy Giuliani was in his prime and our current Attorney General.
As if His Comeyness has ever listened to a Republican.
During the campaign, Rudy made a comment that there was more stuff coming.
This was taken to mean that somebody in the FBI had leaked information to Giuliani.
Even if it were true, did that mean Comey had to investigate Clinton again?
Did Rudy somehow make it impossible for Comey not to investigate?
And if there was come collusion or connection between Giuliani and Comey last year, then why was Comey talking about investigating Rudy this year?
Remember that the NYPD had possession of Anthony Weiner's laptop and they knew damn well what was coming even though they turned it over to the FBI. When I heard Giuliani's comment I figured he got his information from the NYPD, not the FBI.
There's no doubt in my mind that the NYPD kept copies of all these files, too.
