I suspect these numbers are off by at least one order of magnitude!
My thinking was to concede a little on the democrats’ cries about how the process needs to be easy for the (stupid and lazy) people, while still focusing on additional security to protect the integrity.
Quite frankly, I like your idea better than mine but I don’t think any blue states would even consider it.
