227 non-citizen votes cast over last decade
Hundreds of noncitizens were registered to vote in Philadelphia over the last decade, and at least 90 of them actually ended up casting ballots that should never have been allowed, City Commissioner Al Schmidt said Wednesday, adding more fuel to complaints of bogus voting in U.S. elections.
The voters are all self-admitted noncitizens who went back and canceled their registrations later — but not before casting illegal ballots a total of 227 times in elections in 2006 and 2007, Mr. Schmidt said.
He said most of those noncitizens signed up to vote at PennDOT, the state motor vehicles bureau, when they went to get a driver’s license. While legal residents and long-term visitors are allowed to hold licenses, they are not allowed to vote in federal elections — yet thanks to a federal law, the sign-up for both licenses and voter registration is often tied together.

Every DMV in every state should have a code built into their system to identify which employee issues which licenses. If they then sign up a non-citizen to vote they can be prosecuted.
Of course, this is only one small part of what must be a multifaceted approach to cleaning up the voter rolls, ensuring that all qualified voters can vote (only once per election) and nobody else’s fraudulent vote will cancel out a legitimate one.
LOL — so true; although the Democrat ward heelers seldom made any bones about it back in the day. But now it’s likely a different group from the old union thugs, etc. Now it’s illegals and so forth.
Tip of the iceberg!!! This is only for Philly and only the cases which were “self-reported”.... that means many times more cases almost surely exist in Philly alone, never mind the rest of the state, never mind everywhere else with “motor voter” registration.
Trying to head off an actual investigation that would turn up tens of thousands by admitting to a fraction of that amount. Don’t buy it, they haven’t even scratched the surface.
Good idea - it’s time the American people stood up to the crooks and thugs who run the democrat party.

As a former Pennsylvania judge of elections, it’s common knowledge the even the dead vote Democrat in Philadelphia!
Repeal Motor Voter.
Clear the registration rolls after every congressional election.
Re-register in person. No third-party registrations.
Never happen.
