Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte on Saturday asked the head of the country’s Commission on Human Rights (CHR) if he was a paedophile for focusing on the killing of teenagers in the government’s bloody war on drugs.
Duterte also suggested to lawmakers using CHR’s proposed 678 million pesos budget to buy the police body cameras if they don’t want to restore funding for the agency, which he has clashed with repeatedly over his anti-drugs campaign.
The CHR requested a budget of 1.72 billion pesos for 2018, but the government proposed 678 million instead. Duterte’s allies in the lower house of Congress then voted to allocate it just 1,000 pesos ($20), in what critics of the drugs war said was retaliation for its efforts to investigate thousands of killings in the past 15 months, including those of two teenagers in August.

This guy is nuts. Absolutely. But he’s getting to be a scary sorta nuts. I mean his policy is zero tolerance but there are screwed up kids getting killed under his direction.
Like my argument for Jennifer Lawrence today - technically an adult, she’s just a kid. Get em, but sheesh differentiate them from the demons at the top.

Lawrence is 27. Hardly a kid. Even when she shot the first Hunger Games film, her big breakout role, she portrayed a teenaged “kid” but was actually 21. She was 20 (or maybe a few days shy of it) when Winter’s Bone came out, which was the first movie she starred in I think.
She was the highest paid actress in Hollywood last year. She has a nine-figure net worth. She may be young and naive, but “kid” is a stretch.
There is no excuse for, Mother, her disgusting film that just came out this weekend. She says she is taking a couple of years off from film, but she’s not suffering any even if this sacrilegious piece of trash ended her film career, which it won’t.
She may be 27, but she’s a mental midget.
All of these young people who are given everything on a plate turn out the same way - completely destroyed by the time they are 27. Hell, some of them even die (The “27 club”)
I feel for them. They may have the money, but they are losers at human things. Jennifer Lawrence even given all of her anti-american bashing doesn’t hurt me one - single - bit.
But we all act like she’s committing atrocities against us. She’s just a spoiled, idiotic kid... regardless of how many birthday candles she’s blown out.
I find it still shocking that people around here are also so hard on Monica Lewinski. What ever happened to the forgiveness ? What happened to turning the other cheek ?
Until these people do REAL harm, like killing people ala Clintons we should be a little more forgiving.

They (i.e. the leftists) have been killing people, i.e. babies, for more than half a century. Millions of them.
They’re currently giving BILLIONS of tax dollars to the largest murder-for-hire organization in the world.
They’re psychologically abusing children by promoting perversion to children in all forms of media and coerced public education.
They’re turning over the most vulnerable children to perverts to be their foster or adoptive parents.
I think we’ve been redlining for quite a long while now.
As to Lawrence, I’m not treating her latest film as a violent attack. People should just boycott films like this. And they seem to be doing so. I don’t see the need for tolerance.

And calling her a mental midget isn’t hurting her either. And quite frankly, this box office failure is not going to put much of a dent in her nine-figure net worth. But it does send a message to Hollywood.
