The executive branch does not make law...

True, but it happened anyway, and no one stopped him, did they?

the dacaca fiasco was not Constitutional...

True, but it happened anyway, and no one in Congress or the Supremes stopped him, did they?

the illegal alien dacacas have been here illegally since the day they arrived whether or not their illegal alien parents brought them into our country...

Not true. Since no one stopped Obama, it has the force of law. Sorry. Ryan and McConnell should have stopped him. The Supreme Court should have stopped him. They didn't. Obama used the Executive Branch as his own toy, and stepped all over the Constitution. No one stopped him. He used the levers of power for his own purposes. No one stopped him. His executive action has the force of law. No one stopped him.

No one stopped him. Everyone can say, "The executive branch does not make law" - but he did. And our representatives in Washington should have stopped him. The people in black robes should have said "No!". But no one did.

Sorry.

Thankfully, Trump ended it.

Besides, in legal terms, there was no culpability in the kids who entered. They didn’t even carry out the actions that got them here. It’s interesting that the focus is on them but not on the adults who brought them.
