No, I think there is a distinct difference between "Leftists" and American Liberals. . . especially these days. At one time, we did not worry if there was a Liberal Democrat in charge of the Oval Office. Now it is an extreme worry, because the term Liberal has been hijacked by extreme leftists. Liberal did not once mean you hated the United States and the Constitution. Now, once the label Liberal has been subsumed into the socialist and extreme leftist wing, it does. Hate rules in the Leftist mind.
I would agree that "Liberals" were in charge, but they were "American Liberals" first and foremost. Now, the leftists in charge are the vile hate America first leftists.

Rand Paul was interviewed...he said that up to 200,000 illegal alien dacacas could get AMNESTY and stay ...
He said that for each one who got to stay in the US one IMMIGRANT would have to wait longer...
He did mention IMMIGRANTS from Mexico but it wont be only the Mexican IMMIGRANTS who suffer...
I wanted to cry thinking of the IMMIGRANTS who have already had to wait longer because of Obama...”punished” for the sins and crimes of illegal aliens...

The reason why comic book sales are so terrible is because the outreach is terrible. You sold a lot more when the comic books were publicly visible all over the place.
