St. Thomas is not that large, if these are local looters, it shouldn’t be hard to flag these bastards down after everything has settled and mete out some justice.

I loved St. Thomas when I visited there, the locals were even friendly at that time but these dumb boat roaches are doing nothing but cutting off their own lively hood.
