(Free Range Report)-The elderly Vietnam veteran, Joe Robertson, convicted by the Obama Administration for alleged violations of the Clean Water Act, has been furloughed from the federal prison facility where has been locked up since September of last year. Following his appeal in the Ninth Circuit Court on Wednesday September 6, Robertson was released into his own custody to enter a halfway house in Butte, Montana, with plans to later be admitted to the Veterans Administation Medical Center in Fort Harrison, Montana......
Mr. Robertson has lost 60lbs while in prison, and is suffering from poor health due to a lack of proper care during his first months in Prison....it was only after receiving a visit from Colorado Congressman Ken Buck, that he began to receive the attention he needed.......

People who murder someone often spend less than 15 years in prison. Based on what I read it sure seems like a huge miscarriage of justice.

We really should try to get this man in some advertisements, particularly in the West and Midwest.

We need photos, names and addresses of the SOBs who locked him up. Their neighbors and the nation at large should know who did this.
It wasn’t “government”, it was someone with a name.
Then every single regulatory criminal case needs to be reviewed by Trump's Justice Dept., starting with the EPA. The political prosecutions by the 0bama Admin. need to be investigated and the prosecutors disbarred and prosecuted. Restitution must be paid to the victims, preferably out of the government pensions of the real criminals--while they are serving their own time.
