Syria confirms: Israel targeted military facility killing two-Opposition forces say four Israeli planes hit plant in Masyar-Incident comes amid massive Israeli drill, weeks after outgoing air force chief admits Israel targets Hezbollah convoys.
The Israeli military struck Thursday a chemical arms plant in Syria, foreign media reports claimed. The Syrian army general command confirmed in a statement the attack on what they called a military facility, and said that two people were killed and extensive damage was caused. Israel refused to comment on the reports.
A Syrian military statement said that at 2:40 A.M. Israeli warplanes struck the site from within Lebanese airspace.........

I don’t think we know which aircraft they used in this strike, or at least I don’t see any reference to it online currently. They certainly had the capability to do this strike long before the F-35, as they have done similar strike many timees over the years.

CORRECT, sorry, I meant the F-35...there is no reference to the aircraft type but...the Israelis are known for introducing new systems into the battlefield theater very quickly. In addition, the stealth aspect may be used so that the Soviet, oops, I mean Russian radars do not pick them up, maybe?

Israël used F16 and F15s to hit Syria in 2007 without radar detecting them. They used Suter to deceive the radar.

From what I understand of end times bible prophecy concerning Israel, there will be 2 great battles against Israel. The 1st one is the Gog & Magog invasion whose purpose is to get plunder & get wealth. The last one is the Armageddon battle where all the armies of the world is being led by the Antichrist onto that field to fight against Jesus and his returning church. So the timing of Damascus destruction seems to relate to the Gog & Magog invasion especially since the scripture mentioned being plundered.
