Signaling quick action, the Department of Homeland Security said Tuesday that it had already begun moving ahead with an "orderly wind-down of the program," issuing a memo formally rescinding the Obama memo that had created it.
"The Department of Justice has carefully evaluated the programs Constitutionality and determined it conflicts with our existing immigration laws," Acting DHS Secretary Elaine Duke said.
Duke said that the option chosen by Sessions would "limit disruption to current DACA beneficiaries while providing time for Congress to seek a legislative solution."

Elaine Duke held a consulting practice at Elaine Duke & Associates, LLC in Woodbridge, Virginia.
On January 30, 2017, she was nominated by President Donald Trump to become the United States Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security under John F. Kelly.
Duke served as Under Secretary of Homeland Security for Management at the department under both presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama from July 2008 to April 2010.
Duke has nearly three decades of experience working for the federal government, including time at DHS and the Department of Defense, serving under both Democratic and Republican presidents.
She previously served as under secretary for management and chief procurement for DHS, where she was responsible for managing the agencys $47 billion budget.
Duke was also the deputy assistant administrator for acquisition at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), where she delivered a program to meet a new mandate after 9/11 to federalize passenger and baggage screening at U.S. airports.
Duke's nomination received a hearing before the United States Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs on March 8, 2017.[8] On March 15, 2017 her nomination was reported to the United States Senate. On April 4, 2017 she was confirmed by a vote of 8514. After John F. Kelly was named White House Chief of Staff on July 28, 2017, Duke was named Acting Secretary of Homeland Security.
Duke is a native of Ohio. She graduated with a B.S. in Business Management from New Hampshire College (now Southern New Hampshire University), and an M.B.A. from Chaminade University of Honolulu.
I would imagine the ones that made the most of their privilege of being here could be back in 7 to 10 years legally with what they bring to the table.
And if they didn’t do anything worthwhile, they never deserved the chance anyway.
Chaminade University of Honolulu?
Trump is just putting the onus on congress. If you want DACA, then put it on my desk for my signature.
Liberals jump on the “Duke” surname in 3, 2.....
Hahaha
Seen way too many posters at Yahoo! in action. (Read that as Soros / Hillary / Obama trolls)
Because, like, ya know, Trump caused Hurricane Harvey ‘n’ stuff. By not giving cash to foreign countries and leaving the Paris Accords,

My Alma Mater.. right on girl
Daisy Duke?
I hadn’t thought of that angle .... BUT I’m sure the old paint job on the General Lee could get the radical liberals all in a frenzy....
