gives in-state tuition to illegals (and it does) it must also give that rate to a kid from Idaho or Iowa.

American colleges rely on the tuition of out of state students to pay most of the cost of higher education. It averages about two and a half to three times what a resident or illegal alien pays.

In Virginia, that’s $10,000 vs $25,000. If someone were to successfully sue, it would cost Virginia $400,000,000 in tuition.

Wake up you American students! Get a lawyer and sue.

Correction to above - missing text:

Lost in this law is the requirement that a state which gives in-state tuition to illegals must also give it to out of state American kids.
It is never enforced.

For instance if Virginia gives in-state tuition to illegals (and it does) it must also give that rate to a kid from Idaho or Iowa.

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Congress is voting on the BRIDGE Act tomorrow. People don’t understand how significant this is. It determines whether DACA becomes an actual law.
