Mohammed Noor should plead his Religion. It might even get him off or a "time already served" sentence. After all, here he was confronted with a highly improperly clad woman unaccompanied by a male relative talking directly to a non related man. That is a whole basket of capital offenses in shariah which he is bound by his religion to observe. A capital offence is properly punishable by whatever man notes the offense. There are some jurisdictions here that would buy it and he would get the highest powered defense the ACLU and CAIR can provide.

If he pleads shock or mistake or some such, he probably will not get the max from CAIR or anything from ACLU.

I never say this as a religious issue. It’s sadly just another example of how our police are acting these days.

Another example of cops too terrified to do the job we hired them to do effectively.
