(1) Why aren’t more of these thugs being arrested for assault? Our legal system (I don’t call it a justice system) isn’t doing their job.

(2) The sign in first photo says, “F@#$ Trump.” Are there decency/obscenity laws that are supposed to stop this? I am not sure but these trashy people have no respect for elderly, children, or anyone.

“If these wimps had the slightest clue what a can of worms they are trying to open, they would go skittering back to mommy’s basement real fast!”

I have a feeling that they won’t until it’s too late.

Governments killed hundreds of millions of their own citizens in the first part of the last century without remorse. Never trust any government; especially a communist style!

PS: I don't normally correct spelling errors because I make a bunch of 'em myself but you should know, as a KTM Rider, that it's called a Hammer and Sickle (not cycle).

I live in a state where I cannot carry a sidearm.

So, I carry a lot of sharp, pointy things.

Do the ones carrying studded bats actually know how to effectively swing them?

Somehow, I doubt it.

FRiends,

Please review the “Cast Aside Illusions” picture. Look at two items.

#1, In the background, there is a two wire powerline leading to a very small, old (rusting) transformer. Two wire/leg powerlines are rare. Vast majority are 3-leg systems. There is also something yellow and “soft” (no straight lines) behind the power line. Almost looks like some sort of fabric covering over something.

Too bad the photo looks like it was shot on a cloudy day, so shadows can’t tell us the direction in which the photo was taken.

With this information, and the small old rusting transformer, assuming this photo was shot somewhere in the Central Texas Hill Country, it shouldn’t take long to work with the power companies to identify the location of the shoot, and therefore the property owner.

These people did not just walk on to someone’s property without permission.

So now LEOs know who to “chat” with...

2, Secondly, I see what appear to be two federally illegal weapons.

a, The far right, in the camouflage baseball cap; That barrel appears to be less than 16 inches. It has a fixed stock. That would then be a short-barrelled rifle, for which I doubt he has a tax stamp.

It may be legal, but it’s worth a “conversation”...

b, The bald man in the back row; He appears to be holding a rifle-caliber “pistol”, to which he has illegally attached a vertical foregrip. (It looks to be 5.56 or 7.62/308 from the straight, non-curved magazine.)

Finally, the short fat kid on the far right. Once his friends ID him, he won’t be able to deny it is him due to the right and left arm tats.

So the JATF comes knocking on the property owner’s door....

Any doubt they wouldn’t find someone who rats out the rest of them in 30 seconds?

Further identified as Central Texas by the “Austin” t-shirt on the girl (?) kneeling on the far right.

Some smart LEO can also find out what kind of trees they are, and if they grow primarily alongside stream beds....

“Yes, I see you live on Guam. You may not need a gun, but I guess there is some discussion there about the possibility of the need for fallout shelters.”

The houses here are made of reinforced concrete. Even the roof. Small windows. 220mph storm shutters. I live in a fallout shelter.

Is wearing a mask while carrying a weapon LEGAL in Texas? It probably is in Red Austin but if they have any anti-KKK laws, such masks and weapons are prohibited.

This is a bunch of white Maoist wannabes but they are dangerous and should be viewed as such, and dealt with as such. BAMN

Looks like Halloween came early this year. Wonder how many of those wind-up toys are actually gov. informants - LoL.

Generation 2 Kel-Tec Sub 2000. Use the internet search engine of your choice to locate specifications.

The bald man in the back row; He appears to be holding a rifle-caliber “pistol”, to which he has illegally attached a vertical foregrip. (It looks to be 5.56 or 7.62/308 from the straight, non-curved magazine.)

Gotta look close - I nearly missed it myself. The barrel extends all the way up out of the picture, catching half the flash hider in frame - looks 16 inch+ from here. The foregrip appears to be angled, so even if it were pistol configuration it would still be legal - as long as it was fixed at that angle and not one of those angle-adjustable, foldable ones.

Google image search led to the Austin group.

Shouldn’t be hard to figure out where in Austin they are.

We have helicopter and satellites for such things.

And...capitalism is the evil of Harvey, not the flood.
[if no one has anything, there’s nothing to lose...asking “how crazy *are* you?” is apparently a dare, now]

“The country’s eyes are fixed on the Texas Gulf Coast. Everyone is looking but not many are seeing what the local workers are experiencing. The grim reality of a Hurricane Katrina flashback plagues the coast as they come to terms with the widespread chaos that Hurricane Harvey has unleashed on them. This is Trump’s Katrina and “natural disasters” like everything else have a class character. A natural disaster could not be considered a disaster at all if it were not for human beings production and human society. A category 4 hurricane smashing full force into the Texas Coast would not be a tragedy if there were nothing for human beings to lose. In an age of weather forecast that can predict devastating storms and evacuations are possible given the allotted resources, it is capitalism and not the weather that produces tragedy and creates the conditions for wide scale loss of life. These disasters are no more natural than capitalism itself.”

The FBI should have these thugs charged with inciting a riot or trying to overthrow the government:

18 U.S. Code § 2101 - Riots

(a) Whoever travels in interstate or foreign commerce or uses any facility of interstate or foreign commerce, including, but not limited to, the mail, telegraph, telephone, radio, or television, with intent—

(1) to incite a riot; or

(2) to organize, promote, encourage, participate in, or carry on a riot; or

(3) to commit any act of violence in furtherance of a riot; or

(4) to aid or abet any person in inciting or participating in or carrying on a riot or committing any act of violence in furtherance of a riot; and who either during the course of any such travel or use or thereafter performs or attempts to perform any other overt act for any purpose specified in subparagraph (A), (B), (C), or (D) of this paragraph—

[1] Shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

(b) In any prosecution under this section, proof that a defendant engaged or attempted to engage in one or more of the overt acts described in subparagraph (A), (B), (C), or

(D) of paragraph (1) of subsection (a) [2] and

(1) has traveled in interstate or foreign commerce, or

(2) has use of or used any facility of interstate or foreign commerce, including but not limited to, mail, telegraph, telephone, radio, or television, to communicate with or broadcast to any person or group of persons prior to such overt acts, such travel or use shall be admissible proof to establish that such defendant traveled in or used such facility of interstate or foreign commerce.

(c) A judgment of conviction or acquittal on the merits under the laws of any State shall be a bar to any prosecution hereunder for the same act or acts.

(d) Whenever, in the opinion of the Attorney General or of the appropriate officer of the Department of Justice charged by law or under the instructions of the Attorney General with authority to act, any person shall have violated this chapter, the Department shall proceed as speedily as possible with a prosecution of such person hereunder and with any appeal which may lie from any decision adverse to the Government resulting from such prosecution.

(e) Nothing contained in this section shall be construed to make it unlawful for any person to travel in, or use any facility of, interstate or foreign commerce for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate objectives of organized labor, through orderly and lawful means.

(f) Nothing in this section shall be construed as indicating an intent on the part of Congress to prevent any State, any possession or Commonwealth of the United States, or the District of Columbia, from exercising jurisdiction over any offense over which it would have jurisdiction in the absence of this section; nor shall anything in this section be construed as depriving State and local law enforcement authorities of responsibility for prosecuting acts that may be violations of this section and that are violations of State and local law.
